Today, Jewel and I went to the store while it was closed. (Get Healthy, DeRidder, LA) We decided to highlight and share some of her favorite products and snacks, hoping that it would help someone else who is learning to try new safe foods.
As a reminder, always check labels, every time. Just because something has always been safe before, does not mean it is always safe. We are not vouching for any product or guaranteeing its safety to you, only sharing what works for Jewel today.

We know that allergy friendly foods can be expensive, and we hope that we are helping to point you in the right direction of 8-year old approved products.
